Rampoo the Flying Warped Boy is a gag or parody anime, based on a manga of the same name, that aired briefly for only 21 episodes during the summer of 1984. The main character Rampoo is a short, perverted middle-school boy who goes on crazy misadventures with a talking genius mouse named Chutaro who invents things for the two to mess around with. A main feature of the anime are gags and spoofs that are nods to other anime of the time. The anime was never made available on DVD, but by all accounts it sounds like Beavis & Butthead or Southpark before there was a Beavis & Butthead or Southpark.
